1. How should I store the coffee beans to keep them fresh?
To maintain freshness, store the coffee bag in an airtight container, keeping it away from heat, light, and moisture. If you plan to store the beans for an extended period, consider portioning them out and freezing the individual portions. Be sure to avoid using a refrigerator, as the moisture can negatively impact the coffee’s flavor.
2. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, we only ship within Singapore. We do not offer international shipping.
3. Can I place a bulk order?
Yes, we do accommodate bulk orders! If you need larger quantities or are interested in a wholesale supply of fresh coffee, please send us an email at hello@9ambrewcoffee.com, and we will be happy to assist.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
It generally takes 3 to 6 working days from the date of your order, depending on when you placed it. Our delivery partner aims to get your order to your doorstep within 3 working days from the time they pick it up.
Please note that in rare cases, due to unforeseen circumstances, delivery times might be longer. Rest assured, our delivery partners are working hard to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding if there are delays.
5. What is your return, exchange, and cancellation policy?
We are unable to accept returns for coffee orders. Additionally, we cannot cancel or refund orders if an incorrect shipping address was provided at the time of purchase. Any damage during shipping will be handled by our delivery partner.
