Brewing Instructions
For the best results, use 18g of finely ground coffee and extract 36g using a 1:2 ratio within 25–30 seconds. Adjust your grind size and extraction time to achieve a balanced flavour with a creamy crema. Allow at least 14 days after the roast date before brewing to let the flavours fully develop.
