    I was searching for alternatives for my beans and stumbled upon 9AM Brew. Was initially intrigued by the naming of the beans, and was very keen to experience some Macizo Magic. The initial order was canceled due to OOS but the seller was very service-oriented. He contacted me and offered a BOGO offer even though it really wasn't his fault. But this is excellent service recovery and I couldn't ask for better. The trust was straight up established and through my comms with the seller, it's as though we've known each other for some time (perhaps that's the Magic of coffee!) So lo and behold, here I am with 2 contrasting flavour profiles, and both have yielded exceptionally flavourful cups. I can't wait to make more cups now! Will probably count 9AM as one of my go-to suppliers in future. The prices may be slightly on the higher side, but I'm happy to support local small businesses. Cheers and all the best!
